This type of sugar is commonly found in items like candy and prepackaged snacks like potato chips (as well as banana cream pies, Oreo cookies, and flapjacks). Additionally, even foods that contain natural sugars, such as honey and dried fruit, can harm your teeth if consumed too often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Keep Your Smile Safe Throughout March and Beyond<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re going to celebrate the sugar-themed March holidays mentioned earlier, remember that moderation is key. Limit yourself to one slice of pie or a couple of cookies.
